Idaho Springs, Colorado - Sighting 08-13-2015

Interstate 70 - Colorado

     On the night of 08-13-2015, a truck driver leaving Wheat Ridge, Colorado (Denver) was traveling west on interstate 70 towards Idaho Springs, when a big tall ape like creature ran across the interstate on two legs, just ahead of his truck. The driver could only guess on the height and that it was considerably taller than the hood on his semi truck, guessing maybe 7 ½ to 9 feet tall. He had to rapidly slow down his truck, but said that he didn’t come close to hitting it. His name and the name of the company that he works for will remain anonymous; too protect his identity and job. He said that other vehicles, both trucks and cars, were trying not to hit it. This incident happened approximately half way between the Co 103 and the town of Idaho Springs.

Farnham Utah Sighting 03-08-2015

Carbon County - Mounds Road

     A construction worker from Arizona, working in Price UT on a local restaurant job, had an encounter with a big hairy human type animal, approximately ten miles southeast of Wellington UT. This is on the dirt road that follows the Price River, heading towards Mounds. This is his story as he related it to us.

     On 03-08-2015 (Sunday) John who is a construction worker from Arizona, working on a local restaurant remodeling job here in the Price area, took a trip to the mounds area with a friend (co worker) They took the county dirt road, that connects with Ridge Road, approximately where the Price River crosses. This road parallels the Price River and the Union Pacific Railroad, as you travel towards Mounds. Late in the afternoon, on their return trip, where the water is diverted out of the river at the power dam, there was a big upright animal standing in the middle of the road. John comes to a complete stop, as they sat in their truck watching this. He sounded the horn from his truck and the animal made a loud growling type sound and then quickly ran away up the hill to the east. He describes it as, approximately seven feet tall, sandy brown long hair with black accents in it. When it ran up the hill, he could see the feet with five big toes. He told us that it looks very similar to beasts that he’s seen in documentaries. This is all of a description that was given to us.

Big Piney, Wyoming Encounter Story 10-30-2010

     Darrell Smith and I received a report from Rudy Drobnick, of the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, of a Sasquatch encounter east of Big Piney/Marbleton, Wyoming, involving two Utah out of State hunters. The encounter took place on October 30, 2010. Darrell and I received the report from Rudy in November of the same year. Rudy Drobnick is a retired UDWR Biologist, who collects Sasquatch reports from hunters and other people, throughout the State. This is the story, as Rudy related it to Darrell and I.

     On October 30, 2010, two Utahns (names withheld) hunting in the area east of Big Piney/Marbleton, Wyoming near the Wind River Mountains, had noticed, what looked like very large footprints in the snow. The prints were approximately eighteen inches in length, with three large toes and approximately somewhere between four and five feet apart and appeared to the two hunters, to be walking in a heel to toe pattern. The two hunters were following these tracks in the snow, soon becoming aware that what they were trying to follow, was following and tracking them.  The description was a very large and massive upright walking creature with long reddish brown hair, that somewhat resembled a large ape or gorilla. The one hunter, become scared and took a shot at the beast with his rifle. There was a flash of light and then the Sasquatch disappeared. This is the report given to us and this is what the two hunters related to Rudy, as to what had happened to them in Wyoming. There are other reports of a Sasquatch disappearing while being shot at by a hunter and this paranormal or supernatural aspect, does happen occasionally. Some researchers and people, take offence to anything in a non scientific nature being reported along with the encounter, which is a oxymoron in itself, but I will report the entire account as I receive them. 

     I had a UFO encounter to investigate north of Evanston, WY and then traveled to the area in question, in the spring in 2011 after the snow disappeared and spent two days looking for tracks and other evidence. The UFO incident was not involved with this sighting. Even though this was a third hand report, I still spent the time to investigate it.

Paradise, Utah - 2007 Sighting's

     In the summer of 2007, Darrell Smith and I were contacted about a possible Sasquatch encounter in Cache County, near Paradise, Utah. To protect the identity of the people evolved, their names won’t be revealed. We traveled to the Logan area and spent two days, investigating and interviewing the people involved. This is their story:

     We arrived at the small ranch located near the Wasatch - Cache National Forest, early Saturday morning and met with the owner. After introducing ourselves and having coffee, we were taken on a tour of the ranch. We were shown where the Sasquatch was seen multiple times crossing fields, not only by the ranch owner, but also their neighbors. A fairly large irrigation canal crosses multiple other ranches and they explained that this is another well used trail for them. We were told that the last sighting was just two evenings back, in the canal that runs close to the house. While Darrell continued talking to the owner, I proceeded to walk up and down the canal, searching for tracks. With water recently in the canal, if any tracks were there, the water had washed them away. I did find places where something had made tracks, but as muddy as it was in the canal, nothing very well defined could be seen. A small creek running along the road near the property was another very well used trail. We talked to two neighbors, who verified what we were being told by the owner of the ranch.

     One evening about a month ago, with their three dogs tied up outside, a Sasquatch crossed a field by the house. The owner could hear the dogs as they all three cowered underneath a nearby truck. Looking out a window that overlooks the field, where the dogs were tied, they could see a very large and massive upright walking animal, they estimated to be around ten feet tall, walk by their barn. When they went to the other side of the house to look out another window, they seen it drop into the canal proceeding north. Other times, they see them walking across the lower fields, near large groves of cottonwood trees. When they do this, their horses run up by the barn trying to hide from it. Most of the time, they see one animal, but they have seen two together. This was even confirmed by the one neighbor. Occasionally, they said you could smell them as they come close to the house.

     The owners were very concerned about their safety and the safety of their animals. We tried to stress to them about some of the habits of the Sasquatch, hoping it would sooth some of their fear, but doubt it helped that much. This part of Utah is a literal hot spot for the Sasquatch and we plan on spending lots of time up here.

Sacramento Pass, Nevada - Encounter 2008

     I interviewed a man from Price, Utah who had seen a Bigfoot type creature squatting on the side of US 6, near Sacramento Pass, in the State of Nevada. His name and the names of his two sons are omitted, to protect their identity. In the summer of 2008, he was traveling from Price, UT to Fallon, NV with his two sons, when the encounter took place. This is his story, as he related it to me.

     Approximately halfway between the State line west of Delta, UT and Sacramento Pass, he noticed, what at first, he thought was a black bear, sitting along the side of the road. He slowed his car down to get a better look of it, almost stopping. The position of the squatting animal at the roadside, would only allow a side view of it, until it turned it's head to look at them. After realizing that this wasn't a bear, he speed away, leaving it safely behind. The animal was approximately 6 feet tall, while in the squatting position and was covered completely in long dark hair. The top of the head came to a point or crown and the one arm that he noticed had a hand and fingers. When he had almost stopped, it had turned it’s head around to the right, to look at him. This is when he decided to take off and leave it behind. The hair went completely around it’s face, showing a mouth, large nose and eyes. His youngest son, was sitting by the window in the front seat and was extremely terrified by what he was watching.

Wellington, Utah - Sighting 03-08-2015

     On 03-09-2015, I received a report from a resident of Wellington, Utah,  of an unknown human like animal running across the highway (US191) between the cities of Price and Wellington, Utah. This took place at dusk, approximately 7:40 PM. The one witness (driver) told me that it looked like a hairy man, wearing no clothes. It had come out of a narrow concrete overpass for the railroad tracks, that runs parallel the highway, running across the highway in front of the witness, causing him to brake suddenly, almost hitting it. He had stopped, watching it cross the fields on the other side of the road, disappearing out of sight. After interviewing the witnesses, I went to the location of the railroad overpass, to investigate. The railroad tracks are located on the west side of the highway, approximately 70 feet away. The tracks themselves, are running on top of what looks like a causeway. The Price river winds along on the west side of the railroad tracks and the narrow overpass (approximately 10 feet tall) is too allow runoff water to escape to the river and not get caught between the tracks and the road. As you pass underneath this overpass, you come upon very thick willows, making it impossible to proceed to the river, which is about 50 feet further. The mud from the melting of resent snow, was very difficult to walk through. There was what could possibly been tracks, but because of the very soft watery mud, was impossible to make any kind of assessment about them. The area too the east of the highway is very rural, filled with many washes and does make for a good route too the mountains, avoiding the more populated areas. Of course, this is all just speculation on my part and thinking that maybe if it possibly was a Sasquatch, I decided to look for footprints in the areas north, between the two cities; not finding anything. The next day, I searched the area between Dead Man Canyon and East Carbon, Utah, finding nothing. There has been many recent sightings in about a twenty mile circle of this area, since 2009 and the latest was in 2012.

American Fork Canyon, Utah - Alleged Sasquatch Video by Paranormal Review

     This latest video given to Paranormal Review from a hiker, of an alleged Sasquatch near Tibble Reservoir, American Fork Canyon, Utah is actually a fairly decent video after it's been slowed down and stabilized, except the part where the witness had run, which unfortunately entails most of the video. The clearest and best view of the beast is early in the video, starting at 0:13 and shows him/her walking through the trees and this is your best view of this creature. The video shows a large massive looking creature/Sasquatch, with very broad shoulders with what seems like long arms. But unfortunately, photo's and video isn't enough for science to accept totally, falling way short of their critical mindset. You Tube has become a clearing house of hoax's, to downright fraud, but please don't think I'm judging this video as such. This is actually, one of the better video's of an alleged Sasquatch, but unfortunately it's going to take more than a video or photo to prove their existence. DNA is no good, unless you already have DNA to compare it with and nothing short of capturing or killing one, is what it's going to take. I personally hope no one ever kills one, but unfortunately, it will probably happen some day. I've been researching and hunting for evidence in Utah for over twenty years and I believe that there is a strong probability of a paranormal or supernatural aspect to this big elusive creature, that science and most other researchers will absolutely ignore.Below is a link to the  video, you will need to copy and paste.
